— Dodgers have 15 players on the Injured List, the most of any MLB team.

— Kansas City Royals dealt reliever Aroldis Chapman to Texas, for a couple prospects. Chapman has a 2.45 ERA this year, with 53 strikeouts in 29.1 IP.

— Movie of the Day: The Big Short (2015)— Three separate but parallel stories of the U.S mortgage housing crisis of 2005 are told.

One of the writers of this movie (Michael Lewis) is the same guy who wrote Moneyball; the movie has a great cast— Brad Pitt, Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling, Marisa Tomei, Christian Bale.

True story, which makes it a little scary. Very entertaining movie.
