Not a lot to go on for the first week or so, but I’ll give you the info I’ve got…….

Home side won seven of last nine Raptor-Wizard games; last three series games stayed under. Teams split last four games played here. Toronto beat the Celtics at home last nite; they’re 2-0 this year (over 2-0)— this is their road opener. Washington lost its home opener by a point at home to Miami, 113-112. 

Pacers won their last seven games with Brooklyn (6-1 vs spread); Nets lost last five series games here (1-4 vs spread); all five went over the total. Brooklyn nipped the Knicks at the wire Friday; they split first two games (under 2-0), which were decided by total of five points. Indiana lost by 17 in Milwaukee last night; they split their first two games (over 1-1). 

76ers won four of their last five games with Orlando; Magic lost last two visits here, by 11-19 points. Eight of last nine series games went over. Sixers split their first two games (over 1-1), winning only home game over Chicago by 19. Orlando lost by 32 at home to Charlotte last nite; Magic split their first two games (under 2-0), both at home. 

Celtics won/covered four of last five games with New York; they also won/covered four of last five visits to Manhattan. Under is 7-3 in last ten series games. Boston lost by 12 in Toronto Friday; they split their first two games (over 1-1). Knicks lost by hoop in Brooklyn last nite; NY split its first two games (over 1-1). 

Miami won its last six games with Charlotte (5-0-1 vs spread); Hornets lost their last three trips to South Beach, by 4-5-7 points (0-2-1 vs spread). Charlotte won by 32 in Orlando last nite; they split first two games, losing to the Bucks by a point. Heat split their first two games (over 1-1), which were decided by total of total of four points. 

Home side won seven of last eight Detroit-Chicago games, with Pistons winning last three; under is 6-3 in last nine series games. Detroit lost three of last four visits to the Windy City. Pistons won their home opener by 3 over Brooklyn. Bulls their lost opener by 19 in Philly Thursday- this is their home opener. 

Minnesota won its last five games with Dallas; last eight series games stayed under the total. Wolves won last two visits to Dallas, by 1-24 points. Minnesota split its first two games (over 1-1), losing only road game by 4 in San Antonio. Mavericks lost their opener by 21 in Phoenix. 

Denver won/covered eight of last nine games with Phoenix; over is 6-1 in last seven series tilts. Suns won/covered only one of last five visits to Denver. Suns won their opener by 21 at home over Dallas. Nuggets won their opener by 9 at the Clippers- this is their home opener. 

Spurs won seven of last ten games with Portland; San Antonio is 3-1-1 vs spread in its last five visits to Oregon. Five of last six series games went over. Spurs won their home opener by 4 over Minnesota. Trailblazers won their home opener by 9 over the Lakers. 

Lakers lost eight of last ten games with Houston, but LA covered last three. Rockets won four of last five series games played here (3-2 vs spread). Lakers lost their road opener at Portland by 9; this is their home opener. Houston lost their home opener by 19 to the Pelicans. 

CFL Week 19

Hamilton (8-7) @ Ottawa (8-7) (even, 54.5)— Road team won five of last six series games; Ottawa won three of last four, beating TiCats 21-15 (+6) in Hamilton back in July. Teams split last six series games played here. Three of last four series games stayed under. Hamilton won five of its last seven games, scoring 40-34 points in last two; they’re 4-4 on road this year- five of their last six games went over. RedBlacks lost their last two games, allowing 40-34 points; they’re 4-3 at home. Four of last six Ottawa games stayed under the total. 

Edmonton (8-8) @ BC Lions (8-7) (-2, 53)— Home side won eight of last ten series games, including first two meetings this year, but Eskimos won two of last three visits here; over is 3-0-1 in last four series games. Edmonton lost three of last four games; they lost their last five road games- their last road win was July 26. Six of last seven Eskimo games stayed under. Lions won five of their last six games; they’re 6-1 at home this season (5-2 vs spread); under is 8-1-1 in their last ten home games. 

Montreal (3-12) @ Toronto (3-12) (-4.5, 50)— Home side won last six series games; Alouettes lost last three visits here, by 13-22-14 points, but won first meeting this year 25-22 at home (+5). Under is 5-2-1 in last eight series games. Montreal lost its last four games, with last two losses by 5-6 points; Als covered five of their last six away games. Five of last six Montreal games stayed under. Argonauts lost their last seven games; they’re 0-2 as favorite this year. Five of their last six games went over the total. 

Saskatchewan (10-6) @ Calgary (12-3) (-8.5, 49.5)— Road team won three of last four series tilts; teams split first two meetings this season. Roughriders lost three of their last four visits here; five of last seven series games stayed under the total. Riders won seven of their last nine games, four of last five on road; they lost 31-0 in Winnipeg LW- five of their last seven games went over. Stampeders won five of their last seven games; they’re 7-1 SU at home this year, 4-4 as home favorites. Over is 5-3 in their last eight games.
